El Patio is a cosy Spanish style restaurant in the heart of old Porvoo. We serve uncomplicated and delicious food. The restaurant is located in a lovely old wooden house built in the 19th century. Our green summer terrace invites you to relax and enjoy good food and refreshing drinks.

People have been living on this very same spot for several centuries. Modern restaurant operations started a few decades ago. Birgitta and Paco opened their first Spanish restaurant, El Alba, in 1999. The family spent later a couple of years in Gran Canaria, Paco´s home island. After returning to Finland they opened a new Spanish restaurant El Patio in the same cosy premises in 2015. Their daughter, Patricia, has also been involved in the restaurant operation since the beginning.
